Antique Gold Boat

This nautical boat is cast aluminum finished in gilded antique gold, which gives it the weight and patina of something older than it is. It is small enough to tuck onto a shelf and detailed enough to be worth a second look.

Nautical decor for lake country

A gold boat suits the lake homes and cabins across the Brainerd Lakes area without leaning into anything themed. Set it on a bookshelf beside a stack of hardcovers, on an entry console with a bowl for keys, or on a mantel where the finish can pick up lamplight.

A gift for someone on the water

It makes a good housewarming or cabin gift, and it pairs naturally with other metallic pieces. The scale is right for a shelf that is already crowded, since it reads as a detail rather than a centerpiece. Browse bronze and gold, sculptures and statues, or all farmhouse home decor.
